How to encrypt your micro soft word document and set a password to open

How to encrypt and secure your document:

• Go to file    , click on protect document and a drop down will appear seen below in the image then which say encrypt with password.

•  After clicking on it another dialog will appear seen below, that says encrypt the content of the file.

• Then type in your choice password which will be used as a key security to your micro soft word document.

• After inputting your password click on OK to confirm password.

• After the confirmation it will appear like this
